Time Cap: 4:00
Eligible to set World Records (must use iF3 approved set-up).
Test Flow
At the start signal the athlete will perform 21 Thrusters and 21 pull-ups, followed by 15 thrusters and 15 pull-ups, and finally 9 thrusters and 9 pull-ups before running across the line to stop their time.
Special Regulations
- Athletes must adhere to the iF3 World Record Criteria to be eligible for World Records.
